We are open for in-person small group and private sessions as well as virtual classes and private training sessions.
The pandemic changed all of our lives. And it changed the way we do business at LIFT. 
Remarkably, it brought us back to our roots. 
​We always loved to focus on each individual client, understanding their goals and challenges even when they were part of a larger class. The pandemic has forced us to drastically reduce the size of our classes, which has also allowed us to focus more on every single one of you. Join a group!
We are following the science and state guidance with regard to operating safely in the gym. 
We sanitize all equipment and surfaces, ensure that outside air is constantly being circulated through the gym via large fans and open windows and a wide open garage door, and keep members at a very safe distance from trainers and one another. We are also happy to accommodate those who prefer to train outdoors or at home via virtual training and videos.

Join our community and gain access to continuously varied workouts, nutrition coaching, and unlimited guidance from our coaches. Even if you are part of our group class community, we care about you as an individual and want to help keep you strong, healthy and balanced. Our classes are small to ensure proper form and adequate attention, and are now extremely small to maintain physical distancing in the gym.

Personal Training

Build a body that works for the life you want to live.
If you need accountability, have specific training goals or just plain like to train solo, schedule private appointments with us. Solo sessions focus on YOU and only you. We go above and beyond just training you, and try to figure out what makes you tick. We've been told that we're more effective than therapy!

ZooThe mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to empower people with Parkinson's disease to fight back by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum. It fits perfectly with the mission of LIFT: Build a body that works for the life you want to live. Together, we are unstoppable!

Recent studies focused on the concept of intense “forced” exercise have shown that certain kinds of exercise may be neuro-protective and actually slow disease progression. It's the best medicine for Parkinson's! In our gym, exercises are largely adapted from boxing and strength training drills. Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. Exercises vary in purpose and form but share one common trait: they are rigorous and intended to extend the perceived capabilities of the participant. Our Rock Steady community is wonderfully positive and supportive, providing fighters with a safe and supportive place to share experiences and make healthy and positive connections.

how do I join?

If you're new to circuit training (or just a little rusty), we encourage you to schedule one or two private on-ramp sessions with one of our coaches before jumping into a class. Please contact us to schedule your on-ramp sessions. Each half-hour session is $65.

You may pay for your membership or your private training sessions by clicking on the links below, or let us know and we can handle payments for you.
