Small Group Strength and Fitness
Short bursts of high intensity exercise. Sometimes lifting, sometimes jumping, sometimes tossing, sometimes spinning, sometimes rowing, sometimes boxing. Always fun. Classes combine weight training, plyometrics, boxing drills, core work and stretching.

Rock Steady Boxing empowers people with Parkinson's disease to fight back by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum. Rigorous exercise, emphasizing gross motor movement, balance, core strength, and rhythm can favorably impact range of motion, flexibility, posture, gait, and activities of daily living.
