Group Fitness at LIFT
Joining our healthy and compassionate community gives you access to personal training at a lower price point. You'll benefit from a proven workout strategy, group nutrition challenges, and still receive personal guidance from our professional coaches.
Daily group fitness classes are built around short bursts of constantly varied high intensity exercise combined with traditional strength training circuits. Sometimes lifting, sometimes jumping, sometimes slamming, sometimes spinning, sometimes rowing, sometimes boxing, mixed in with mobility, balance and stretching.
There are three group fitness class times:
6:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday
7:40 a.m. Monday through Friday
8:40 a.m. Monday through Friday
