Group Fitness at LIFT
Joining our healthy and compassionate community gives you access to personal training at a lower price point. You'll benefit from a proven workout strategy, group nutrition challenges, and still receive personal guidance from our professional coaches. Classes are small to ensure proper form and adequate attention.
Daily group fitness classes are built around short bursts of constantly varied high intensity exercise combined with traditional strength training circuits. Sometimes lifting, sometimes jumping, sometimes tossing, sometimes spinning, sometimes rowing, sometimes boxing. Always fun. Current group fitness classes are held at 8:40 a.m. every weekday.
