Small group sessions are built around short bursts of constantly varied high intensity exercise combined with traditional strength training circuits. Sometimes lifting, sometimes jumping, sometimes slamming, sometimes spinning, sometimes rowing, sometimes boxing, mixed in with mobility, balance and stretching.
We limit the number of participants in our small group sessions to allow for personal attention to form and safety, and we match you with groups with similar goals. Please contact us to learn more about our small groups.
