Thanks to the core strength and balance I have gained under your tutelage, I survived a harrowing too-challenging-for-this-girl 4-mile kayak plus 2-mile treacherous hike through mud to the Secret Falls. Others on our tour fell many, many times. And the guide said he has had to call the fire department to extract people on his tour many times in the last couple of weeks due to severe injury. Had I known how it was going to be I would not have gone, but the bottom line is I survived uninjured thanks to you!

Is there a perfect gym? Is there a perfect trainer? I never thought so until I started training with Cheryl Marconi at her gym (first located in Natick and now in Dover). The facilities are varied enough to accommodate whatever type of experience you are looking for and whatever body parts you wish to focus on. Cheryl's knowledge of the human body and what it takes to firm up those needed areas are impressive, as is her dedication to making her clients like me satisfied in every way possible. Her scheduling is flexible and she offers both group and individual instruction. I prefer individual instruction but my wife, who has been a client even longer than I have, prefers the group sessions and is equally satisfied with her gym membership.

On first meeting Cheryl you think, “can someone so small really make me work hard?” Within 10 minutes you have your answer and it’s a resounding YES. Cheryl doesn’t just talk the talk, she also walks the walk so she recognizes BS at 50 yards and doesn’t accept it. Your body the day after a workout will know that it was worked out. I love working with Cheryl and will sorely miss her now that I’m moving south. If it wasn’t for her pesky husband and son, I’d try to stash her in my suitcase just so I could keep working my butt off.
