Personal Training Membership

LIFT's brand of personal training is as personal as it gets. 
We take time to build a framework to manage your movement, nutrition, sleep and emotional health. 
We dive deep to identify the obstacles in your path, and we take an empathetic and compassionate approach to help you improve every aspect of your life. We've been told we're better (and cheaper) than therapy!
​Personal training sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis and invoiced at the end of each month.
As a personal training client, you also have private access to open gym workouts.

Group Training Membership

 Join our health-focused community and gain access to personal training at a lower price point.
Group sessions are built around short bursts of constantly varied high intensity exercise combined with traditional strength training circuits. Sometimes lifting, sometimes jumping, sometimes rowing, sometimes boxing, mixed with mobility, balance and stretching. Always modifiable for almost every skill level. Always fun.
Group classes run from 6:30 a.m. through 10:30 a.m.

All-inclusive memberships are $240/month and include group classes, private access to early bird and late bird gym workouts, nutrition and life coaching.
